HPLC法测定罗氟司特片有关物质 被引量:5

摘要 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定罗氟司特片有关物质的方法。方法采用Inertsil-C18(57m,4.6*250mm)色谱柱,检测波长215nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0m//min,进样量为20扯1,流动相为乙腈一水(用稀磷酸调节pH值至4.0)(48:52)。结果在该色谱条件下,罗氟司特与各杂质分离良好,辅料对有关物质检测无干扰。结论该方法专属性强、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于该制剂中有关物质的检测。
