摘要
结合高职高专院校图书馆服务质量的现状,从阅读环境、工作人员整体素质的培训与提高、规范基础服务和加强与读者的沟通互动等方面提出改善措施。
Based on the present status of library service quality in higher vocational colleges, measures for improvement have been put forward from such aspects as reading environment, the training and enhancement of librarians quality, standardization of basic service, strengthening of communication with readers and so on.
