摘要
主要研究了铝镇静钢汽车板中碳化物的金相法和EBSD法的定量分析技术。研究结果表明,金相法需要首先使用特殊的侵蚀剂将碳化物着色,然后利用金相软件对着色后的组织照片根据灰度分布进行碳化物含量的定量分析;EBSD法是利用EBSD技术根据扫描的花样质量分布进行碳化物含量的定量分析。金相法简单快捷并且误差小,EBSD法耗时且误差大。
This research is mainly focused on the quantifying ways of the cementite in Aluminum killed automobile steel, which are metallographic and EBSD methods, respectively. It is shown that special etchano use EBSI) technology to quantify the cementite mainly according to the band contrast distribution. It is found that the metallographic method is simple, time-saving and with less error in comparison with the EBSD method.
