摘要
研究了一种无位置传感器的混合控制,以实现永磁同步电动机在全速范围内对转子位置与速度的估算。在电机稳定运行的中高速区域,采用简单易用的反电动势法,并做出补偿措施以提高估算精度。而在低速区域,则用高频注入法以弥补反电动势法的不足。为了实现两种方法的平滑切换,设定了一个用于过渡的速度范围区,在此区域内对两种算法进行线性比例均值估算。实验结果表明:采用的混合方法有效地避免了切换过程中引起的较大脉动。
A kind of hybrid position-sensorless control was proposed to realize the estimation of rotor position and speed at full speed range. The back EMF method was used in higher speed, and compensation was made to improve the estimation accuracy. High frequency injection method was used to compensate the inadequacy of back EMF method in low speed range. In order to get the smooth transition of the two methods, a speed range was set, and estimations of the mean values of the two algorithms were obtained according to linear proportional distribution in the transition speed range. The experimental results show that the hybrid method can effectively avoid the larger fluctuation caused by switching process.
