摘要
阐述了CAD/CAM软件对球面加工自动编程的缺陷与宏程序编程的优点,分析了球面数控铣削加工的进刀方式并对其进行加工验证与比较。在此基础上,选择了合适的加工工艺分别对外半球面的粗精加工进行了编程,编制了外半球面铣削加工的宏程序通用模块。
This article is to describe the defects of the spherical surface processing used of CAD/CAM, and the advantages of macro programming. Analysis of the spherical machining feed mode using CNC machine tool, validation of the macro programs and comparison of this ways were made. On this basis, choose the suitable processing technolo~,work out the program about the hemispherical rough and finish machining, and write out the macro program module hemisphere surface milling.
