摘要
目的采用损益指数—累计积分(BDI-GS)评价体系对补中益气丸补益及治疗功效进行综合评价。方法 32只ICR小鼠随机分成空白对照组和补中益气丸低、中、高剂量组,每组8只。空白对照组以普通玉米粉喂养,补中益气丸低、中、高剂量组以普通玉米粉为原料,分别掺入0.75%、1.5%和2.25%的补中益气丸饲养。各组均自由摄食、饮水,隔日称体重1次,于第12天剖取心、肺、胸腺、脾、胰腺、肝、双肾、性腺、股骨9项脏器组织,称重、计算脏器系数及其损益指数(BDI)和累计积分(GS)等指标,并进行血液生化指标检测。结果各组小鼠的体重均呈降低趋势,但补中益气丸各剂量组小鼠体重降低趋势较空白对照组更缓慢。补中益气丸低、中、高剂量组小鼠脏器组织重量GS分别为10.23、11.15、11.57,脏器组织系数GS分别为9.24、9.43、10.06。补中益气丸高剂量组胸腺系数的BDI值和股骨重量系数BDI值与空白对照组比较明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。补中益气丸高剂量组小鼠总蛋白含量较空白对照组增加,补中益气丸低剂量组血肌酐较空白对照组升高(P<0.05),各组其他生化指标与空白对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补中益气丸具有健脾补气及提高机体免疫力的功效,对骨质疏松有明显改善作用。
Objective To evaluate the tonic and therapeutic effect of Buzhong Yiqi Pills（Center-Supplementing Qi-Boosting Pills）with benefit-damage index and general score（BDI-GS）evaluation system. Methods Totally 32 ICR mice were randomized into the blank control group and 0.75%,1.5% and 2.25% Buzhong Yiqi Pills groups,with 8 in each.The blank control group was given ordinary corn flour.The Buzhong Yiqi Pills groups were given corn flour mixed with 0.75%,1.5% and 2.25% Buzhong Yiqi Pills.Each group was free feeding and drinking.The body weight was weighed on the 12th day and the tissues of heart,lung,thymus,spleen,pancreas,liver,kidneys,gonads,and femur were taken and weighed.The organ coefficient,BDI and GS were calculated.The blood biochemical parameters were detected.Results The body weights were decreased in each group,but the weight loss trend in the Buzhong Yiqi Pills groups was slower than that in the blank control group.The GS of organ tissues in the 0.75%,1.5% and 2.25% Buzhong Yiqi Pills groups was 10.23,11.15 and 11.57 respectively.The GS of organ coefficient in the 0.75%,1.5% or 2.25% Buzhong Yiqi Pills groups was 9.24,9.43 and 10.06 respectively.The BID of thymus and femur in the 2.25% Buzhong Yiqi Pills group were much higher than that in the blank control group,with a significant difference（P〈0.05 or or P〈0.01）.The total protein content in the 2.25% Buzhong Yiqi Pills group and the serum creatinine（Scr） level in the 0.75% Buzhong Yiqi Pills group was significantly increased as compared with the blank control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference between the Buzhong Yiqi Pills groups and blank control group in other blood biochemical parameters（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Pills can fortify the spleen,supplement qi,and enhance immunity.It shows significant effective on improving osteoporosis.
