摘要
冲击时间间隔和冲击次数直接影响石墨-陶瓷电阻的电压系数。研究表明:冲击间隔时间为10 s时电阻阻值变化幅度较小,电压系数较低,即最佳冲击间隔时间为10 s;随着冲击次数的增加,电阻的电压系数趋于常值,最佳冲击次数为100次。
Interval time and times of the impulse voltage have directly effect on the voltage coefficient of graphite-ceramic resistance. The study results show that: when the interval time of impulse voltage is 10 s, the value of resistance is small and the voltage coefficient is small, in other words, the optimum interval time is 10 s; the voltage coefficient will be a constant as the times of the impulse voltage increased,the optimum times is 100.
