摘要
基于对民族民间传统文化重要价值的珍视及对其生存处境的忧虑,结合国内外其他文化区域传统文化保护的经验,科学构建民族传统文化的知识产权保护制度,通过行政与法律两种途径来加强广西民族民间传统文化的保护,对于促进广西各民族地区经济文化发展、促进文化多样性、文化可持续发展和文化安全具有重要意义。
Based on the great value of traditional folk culture and worries about its living situation, as well as the experience in protection of traditional folk cultural at homes and abroad. Scientific construction in protection system of the traditional culture, through administrative and legal ways to enhance Guangxi traditional folk culture, protection for the promotion of various ethnic groups in Guangxi regional economics and the development of culture, and to promote the diversity of culture, the development of culture and the security of culture is important.
