摘要
目的:探讨补肾温肺方及其衍化方剂联合常规西药吸入治疗变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法:选取2010年1月至2013年1月间收入的变异性哮喘患者70例为研究对象分成2组,对照组给予常规西药吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合补肾温肺方及其衍化方剂治疗并比较2组疗效。结果:观察组在临床效果、中医积分和气道反应性方面和对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),具有可比性。结论:补肾温肺方及其衍化方剂联合常规西药吸入治疗变异性哮喘效果明显。
Objective： To study the Clinical Research Tonifying Kidnoy and Warming Lung Decoction and its derivation formula combined conventional western medicine inhalation in the treatment of variant asthma. Methods： Choose from January 2010 to January 2013, variability asthma 70 patients as the research object, divided into two groups, the control group to conventional western medicine inhalation therapy, the observation group were treated by the decoction of tonifying kidney and warming Lung and its derivation prescription treatment, and compared between the two groups after treatment. Results： The observation group in clinical effect, the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine integral and airway reactivity and compared all have obvious difference, P 〈 0. 05, have statistical significance. Conclusion： Clinical Research and its derivation formula combined conventional western medicine inhalation in the treatment of variant asthma effect.
