摘要
大型自动测试系统内部使用了大量电缆进行信号传输,必须在硬件平台集成阶段采取有效电磁兼容性设计措施,抑制布线产生的电磁干扰;首先,针对三种常见电缆电磁干扰的现象及原因进行了理论分析,并给出了相应的电磁干扰抑制策略;然后介绍了测试系统中常用抗干扰线型和适用场合;最后从工程实际出发,对电缆布线方法进行了深入研究,并给出了具体解决方案。
There are many cables in the large Automated Test System(ATS)to transmit signals.For inhibiting the EMI of cable arrangement,it is necessary to use effective electromagnetic compatibility design in the section of hardware platform integrating.Firstly,the phenomenon and cause of three kinds of common cable EMI was theoretically analyzed.The corresponding strategy of EMI suppression is given.Then,the usual anti-interference cables and their applicable situations were introduced.Finally,further research of cable arrangement has been discussed in this paper on an engineering basis,and it produced the concrete solution.
