摘要
供水规模的大小,直接影响农村供水工程总投资和制水成本,关系到农村供水工程的可持续发展。目前,由于设计、管理、用水户等方面原因,多数农村供水工程设计供水规模偏大,实际供水量仅为设计供水规模的1/3左右,造成供水设备设施闲置,资金大量浪费。通过对现行农村供水规模确定方法中定额取值、用水人口、构成等方面存在问题进行分析,提出了相应的改进建议,并提出了一种以人均综合生活用水定额来计算供水规模的简便校核方法。
The scale of water supply poses a great impact on the total investment, water production and the sustainable development of rural water supply projects. Currently, due to the design, management, water users and so on,the scale design of the majority of rural water supply project is too large, and the actual water supply capacity is only about 1/3 of the designed scale, resulting in water supply facilities and equipment idle, and large sum of wasted investment. Through an analysis of the problems of the scale determi- ning method of rural water supply projects, such as the value of water quota, the number of people consuming water, the formula composition and so on, some countermeasures are put forward. At last, a simple scale determining method of rural water supply project (comprehensive per capita water quota multiplies by the population design) is proposed.
