摘要
以变压器油基磁性液体作为冷却介质,利用Fluent软件模拟某型号三相自然油循环变压器工作时的温度场和内流场分布,并将结果与使用纯变压器油(纯油)的情况比较。结果表明,以磁性液体作为冷却介质,该款变压器的油温最高值和油顶层温升值分别低于纯油约15K和11K,证明磁液比纯油具有更良好的散热性能。
Taking a certain type of three-phase natural oil circulation transformer as an example, this paper simulates the temperature fieht and flow field of the transformer which uses transformer oil and magnetie fluids as cooling medium respectively. The numerical analysis demonstrates that the temperature(the hot-pot temperature and tile top oil temperature)using magnetic fluids is lower than transformer oil, 15K and 1 I K respectively.
