摘要
职业规划意识淡漠是独立学院大学生群体中存在的共性问题。以中南财经政法大学武汉学院在校大学生为调查对象,通过问卷调查、座谈访谈等形式,对这一问题的表现形式、存在范围、产生原因,以及对大学生的影响程度,进行了深入调查。在此基础上,从加强思想政治教育、发挥自身优势、创新方式方法、开展职业测评、注重心理健康等方面,就如何引导独立学院大学生理性就业提出建议和对策。
Weak consciousness for career planning is a common problem among students at independent colleges. Taking Zhongnan University of Economics and Law Wuhan College as an example, it makes a survey and analysis on its manifestation, scope, causation, and influence on college students, by the means of questionnaire, interview, and informal discussion. Based on the analysis, some suggestions and countermeasures have been put forward on how to guide independent college students for rational employment, from the five aspects of reinforcing ideological and political education, giving full play to one＇s own advantages, innovating means and methods, conductin~ career assessment, and emnha^iTino marital health
