摘要
采用常压流动法测定了合成的新型NiAPO - 1 1分子筛的吸附等温线 ,分别用离子交换法、正丁胺滴定法和吡啶中毒法测定了NiAPO - 1 1分子筛的表面酸性 ,用固定床脉冲微反色谱技术测定了异丙苯裂解反应的转化率 ,并与HZSM - 5分子筛比较。实验表明 ,NiAPO - 1 1分子筛具有较强的表面酸性 ,其分子孔径大约为 0 .61nm ,对异丙苯的转化率比HZSM - 5分子筛低 ,但反应的选择性却很高 ,预计NiAPO - 1 1分子筛在择形催化反应中将具有良好的应用前景。
The nickel aluminophosphate molecular sieve NiAPO 11 was synthesised hydrothermally. The adsorption isothermal line was determined. The number of surface acid was tested by ion exchange, n butylamine titration and pyridine poisoning. The catalytic activity of NiAPO 11 in cumene cracking was examined by the technology of Gas Chromatographic microcatalytic reactor system. The results showed that the NiAPO 11 molecular sieve has middle acid, and the largest free dimension of adsorption window was about 0.61 nm.
