摘要
目的探讨持续质量改进原则应用于手术护理文书管理的效果。方法2011年应用持续质量改进方法，根据专科护理文书出现缺陷的特点，实施重点环节质量控制，加强监督检查，将护理文书缺陷率与2010年结果比较。结果2011年的护理文书缺陷发生率明显低于2010年，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论实施持续质量改进的干预措施可有效提高手术护理文书质量。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement in in the surgical nursing documents management. Methods In January 2011, continuous quality improvement intervention was applied, implementing key aspects of quality control, and strengthening supervision and inspeetion according to the characteristics of specialist care documents defect. Compared with the 2010g result in the nursing documents defect rate. Results 2011 $ nursing documents defect rate was significantly lower than that in 2010 （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusions The implementation of continuous quality improvement interventions can effectively improve the quality of surgical documents.
