摘要
从政府过程的角度来分析当代中国政治信任的建构逻辑,是研究中国政治的一个视角。其最大的优势在于实现了对抽象政治文化——政治信任分析的操作化。从传统到现代中国政治由封闭走向开放,随之信任环境的变化也体现为从高度信任到低度信任,从个人信任到制度信任。中国政治信任建构的逻辑是政治不信任而非政治信任,即应以政治不信任作为当代中国政治信任制度建构的核心原则。
