摘要
目的了解进城务工人员学龄前子女看护点消毒卫生及传染病防控现况,为制定相关卫生工作要求和规范提供依据。方法通过问卷调查和现场查看方式,对上海市开设进城务工人员学龄前子女看护点卫生消毒情况进行调查。结果调查涉及上海市5个区县58个看护点,共同存在看护师资缺乏,接受培训覆盖率仅为62.1%。有3个看护点全园共用厕所,就餐处设洗手设施的仅占25.9%。多数看护点没有单人床位,13.8%的看护点睡通铺;只有41.4%的看护点对儿童进行定期体检,有43.1%的看护点无消毒隔离制度。结论上海进城务工人员子女看护点卫生消毒状况有待提高,应尽快制定务工人员子女看护点卫生要求,加强管理,提高其传染病防控能力。
Objective To know the situation of health and infectious disease of kindergartens for the preschool children of migrant workers, so as to provide evidence for health requirements and specifications. Methods With self - designed questionnaire and on - site check, we investigated the situation of hygiene and disinfection for the preschool children of mi- grant workers of Shanghai. Results The investigated 58 kindergartens in 5 districts were lack of nursery governess ; the training coverage was only 62. 1%. 3 kindergartens had only one toilet, only 25.9% had hand washing facilities near the canteen and the majority rested in shared bed or others. 41.4% carried out regulate physical examination for the children, 43.1% had no disinfection and isolation system. Conclusion The situation of hygiene and disinfection for the preschool children of migrant workers should be improved. The suitable requirements and specifications for these kindergartens should be made as soon as possible. Strengthening the supervision and improving the ability of the prevention and control of infectious diseases in the kindergartens are necessary.
