摘要
目的观察一种臭氧水处理设备的消毒效果与卫生安全性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化性能试验方法,对该臭氧水处理设备消毒相关性能进行实验室试验。结果该臭氧水处理设备产臭氧量可达到10g/h。在常规程序运行条件下,经该设备消毒处理后再放置4min,可使含大肠杆菌53000—64000cfu/100ml下降至0cfu/100ml。使用该设备在额定条件下下运行时,管网自来水进出水中细菌总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、色度、浑浊度、嗅味、肉眼可见物、pH值、溴酸盐、甲醛等指标均符合生活饮用水标准。设备运行时,工作环境空气中臭氧浓度范围为0.022~0.046mg/m3。结论该臭氧水消毒设备具有良好的消毒效果,卫生安全性能良好,环境空气排放臭氧量符合安全要求。
Objective To observe the hygienic safety and water disinfectant function of an ozone treatment instrument. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and overall performance test were used to observe the hygienic safety and disinfectant function of the instrument. Results This instrument could generate as much as 10 g ozone per hour. Suspension with 5.3 × 10^4 -6.4 × 10^4 cfu/100ml Escherichia coli was injected into the instrument under rated condition, and the Eseherichia coli decreased to 0cfu/100ml till 4 min. Tap water was injected into the instrument under rated condition, all the indexes tested of treated water as total bacteria count, total coliform, thermotolerant coliforms, color, turbidity, smell & taste, visible substance, pH, bromate and formaldehyde met the drinking water standard. There were 0. 022 ~ 0. 046 mg/m3 ozone in the air around the instrument. Conclusion The instrument has good hygienic safety and water disinfectant function, and the emission of ozone meets safety requirements.
