徐伯昕长期致力于革命的出版事业。他是邹韬奋同志的亲密合作者 ,也是中国人民出版事业的开拓者。正确规划和周密部署、民主化科学化管理、创造性经营、尽最大努力为读者服务、总结理论指导工作等是徐伯昕经营管理思想的重要组成部分 ,开拓、创新是其经营思想的鲜明特色。学习与继承徐伯昕的创新精神和优良传统 。
Xu Bo-xin was long engaged in the revoluntionary publishing work. As an intimate partner of Comrade Zhou Tao-fen's,he was a pioneer in the Chinese publishing circle. The main components of Xu Bo-xin's management thoughts are the correct planning and careful arrangements, democratic and scientific managemnet, sparing no efforts to serve the reader and summing up the work of theoretic guidance. Pioneering spirit and innovation are the striking features of his management thoughts. We must learn from him and inherit his innovative spirit as a good tradition, make all our efforts to promote the development of the publishing work in China.
