摘要
通过对市场经济国家政府教育供给职能的分析，对我国经济体制转轨时期政府教育职能进行评价，提出教育是公共领域，是市场经济国家政府的主要活动领域，资金供给职能是市场经济条件下政府教育职能中最重要的职能，不能让市场力量起主导作用。
By analysing the reform of the supply function of the state－ owned enterprises in the market economy,this paper evaluates the reform function of the state－ owned enterprises in the tranformation of our economic system and puts forward the idea that education is the public field as well as the main activity field of the government in the market economy and the function of fund supply is the most important one of the reform functions of the enterprises in the market economy.As a result,we can not let the market force play main role.
