摘要
采用转换曲线分分光度法测定波长为 2 34nm～ 2 48nm。结果显示 :戊二醛和醋酸氯已定的平均回收率分别为 98.87%(RSD0 .42 % )和 10 1.49% (RSD1.0 0 % )。说明 本法操作简便、快速、结果满意 ,适用于医院制剂分析。
The determination of the disinfection and chlorhexidine acetate in compound disinfection solution by turnover curve spectrophotometry was reported in this paper The wavelength used was from 234 to 248nm The average recovery of disifection was 98 87% with 0 42%,while the chlorhexidine acetate was 101 49% with RSD 1 00% This method is accurate suitable for hospital pharmacy
