摘要
研究生教育是我国高等教育的最高层次,肩负着知识创新和人才培养的双重任务,在我国未来的社会主义发展进程中具有举足轻重的作用,因此研究生管理工作非常重要。文章研究运用模糊层次分析法进行研究生管理工作成效评估的方法。首先构建研究生管理工作成效评估指标层次结构模型,运用模糊层次分析法计算各指标,最后做系统的分析总结,以达到为研究生管理工作成效做出科学定量的综合评价的目的。
Graduate education is the highest level of higher education, shouldering the dual tasks ol knowledge innovation and personnel training, and playing a decisive role in the process of the future development of socialism in our country, so the graduate management also became a top priority. Therefore we have constructed the graduate management quality hierarchical structure model, using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to calculate the indexes, to make a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of graduate management.
