摘要
采用高精度旁压式张力仪对双扉闸门卷扬式启闭机启闭力进行了现场检测,与通过应变计获得的吊耳应力计算的启闭力比较显示,两种方法吻合较好,检测结果可靠,均可应用于卷扬式启闭机启闭力检测。检测结果表明,闸门启闭过程中在小开度(0~2m)时卡阻严重,启闭力和动应力脉动较大,检测工况下最大启门力已逼近启闭机额定容量,设计水位工况闸门启闭将存在重大安全隐患,须进行除险加固。
High precision side pressure tension sensor was employed in the field detection of the lifting force of steel gate hoist. Compared with the lifting force calculated by the lifting lug stress obtained by strain gauge, it was found that the inspection result was reliable, two methods were well consistent and they all could be adopted in the detection of the lifting force of the gate hoist. The detection result indicated that the gate was blocked terribly in the small opening about 0~2 meters of the working process. The lifting force and the dynamic stress were large enough and the maximum lifting force in the detection condition was much close to the rated capacity of the hoist. As a result, the open and close requirement will not be met in the design water level condition and danger control, so reinforcement must be conducted.
