摘要
锚杆支护作为现代煤炭开采的一项先进支护技术已逐渐取代传统的架棚支护,其优越性日趋显现。在某矿,9#煤层锚杆支护已取得良好应用,但在3#煤层还未曾使用过。运用自然平衡拱原理进行理论计算并结合该矿实际情况,确定了3#煤层锚杆支护方案并制定了相关施工操作要求。3#煤层采用锚杆支护后,巷道变形情况得到了有效控制,并且在减少了巷修工作量、提高单进、降低成本方面也取得了明显效果。
Bolt supporting, as an advanced modem coal mining supporting technology ,has gradually replaced the traditional shelving supporting , and its superiority is more and more evident.In one coal mines, bolt supporting has been well used in coal seam 9#, but has not used in coal seam 3# By calculation using the principle of the natural equilibrium arch and combining with t'he mine's actual situation, then bolt supporting scheme of coal seam 3#has been identified and the relevant construction operation requirements have been also formulated.After using the bolt supporting technology in coal seam 3#, the laneway deformation situation has been controlled effectively,the workload of laneway repairing has been reduced ,the unit time progress has been improved and the cost has been also reduced obviously.
