肺血管疾病诊治新观念 被引量:6

摘要 肺血管疾病指肺血管结构和/或功能异常引起的局部或整体肺循环障碍。肺血管疾病包括获得性和先天性肺血管病;大血管和小血管受累的肺血管病;肺动脉受累和肺静脉受累以及肺毛细血管受累的肺血管病。由此可见,肺血管疾病是肺循环障碍的总称。肺血管疾病学的发展经历了大约百年的历史,到本世纪肺血管疾病的诊断和治疗已经发生翻天覆地的变化,特别是近年来肺血管病发病机制的研究进展,转化为临床诊治的新技术,极大地提高了肺血管疾病的诊治水平,已成为转化医学领域杰出代表性学科之一。因此,肺血管疾病诊治新观念层出不穷。
