摘要
承接产业转移是加速中西部产业结构调整和经济发展方式转变的重要途径之一。依据承接产业转移对生态环境的压力、中西部生态环境的状况、承接产业转移的生态环境效应、政府、市场和公众的反应,构建中西部承接产业转移与生态环境协调发展的PSIR模型,促进承接产业转移与生态环境协调的市场调节、政府监督、公众参与等机制的完善,以实现中西部承接产业转移与生态环境的协调发展。
The acceptance of industrial transfer is one of the important ways that accelerate adjustment of industrial structure and transformation of economic development modes in central and western areas.Based on the pressure of the acceleration of industrial transfer on the ecological environment,the situation of ecological environment in central and western areas,the effect on ecological environment,and the reaction of government,market and the public,this paper constructs PSIR model of coordinated development for them,explores the mechanism of coordinated development for them,in order to realize harmonious development between them.
