摘要
目的探讨针刀推拿术治疗粘连性肩周炎的效果。方法粘连性肩周炎患者80例根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组,各40例,两组都给予推拿治疗,此基础上治疗组加用针刀治疗。结果治疗组的有效率为95.0%,对照组为75.0%,差异有统计学意义。两组治疗后疼痛评分都有明显下降,组间对比差异有统计学意义。结论针刀推拿术治疗粘连性肩周炎能有效提高疗效,缓解疼痛,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect on acupotomy massage in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 80 scapulohumeral pefiarthfitis patients according to the different therapeutic were divided into the trealment group and the control group, two groups were given massage lreatment, on this basis, the treatment group was treated with acupuncture. Results The efficiency rate of the treatment group was 95%, the control group was 75%, the difference was statistically significant between the groups comparison （P〈0.05）. Pain scores has decreased significantly after the treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Condusion The acupotomy massage in treating scapulohumeral pefiaghfitis can effectively improve the curative effect, relieve pain, and is worthy of popularization and application.
