摘要
目的分析结直肠肿瘤合并糖调节受损的临床特点。方法收集近5年住院行肠镜检查的2259个病例,分析合并糖调节受损的结直肠肿瘤临床特点。结果合并糖调节受损的结直肠癌的Dukes’D期比例较高。结论合并糖调节受损的结直肠癌患者预后可能较差。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of colorectal cancer with impaired glucose regulation. Methods Collect 2259 inpatients through colonoscopy in five years, analyze clinical features of colorectal cancer with impaired glucose regulation. Results Colorectal cancer with impaired glucose regulation Dukes＇ D phase has higher percentage. Conclusion Prognosis of colorectal cancer with impaired glucose regulation may be poor.
