摘要
针对建设安装工程施工技术含量要求高、材料品种多、安装工程变更多等特点,对建设工程安装造价的控制策略进行了研究,并从设计阶段、施工阶段及竣工阶段作了具体的分析说明,以实现安装工程项目管理的目标。
According to the high technical requirements, many material varieties, many installation engineering change and other characteristics of construction and installation engineering, this paper researched the control strategies of construction engineering installation and cost, and made specific analysis from design stage, construction stage and completion stage, in order to achieve the goal of installation engineering project man- agement.
