摘要
目的观察研究低位小切口手术在甲状腺瘤患者中的临床疗效。方法选取2011年2月。2013年2月于本院进行甲状腺瘤手术治疗的84例甲状腺瘤患者为研究对象，将84例患者依据治疗方法不同分为对照组（常规切除手术组）42例和观察组（低位小切口手术组）42例，然后将两组的手术切口长度、并发症发生率、切口愈合情况、住院时间及美观程度模拟评分结果进行比较。结果观察组的手术切口长度、并发症发生率、切口愈合情况及住院时间均显著优于对照组，术后不同时间点的美观程度模拟评分结果均好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论低位小切口手术在甲状腺瘤患者中的临床疗效较佳，美观程度也相对更高。
Objective To observe and study the clinical effect of low incision operation in patients with thyrophyma. Methods 84 patients with thyrophyma in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were selected as research object, and 84 cases were divided into control group（conventional resection operation group） 42 cases and observation group（low incision operation group） 42 cases by method of random digits table, then the operation incision length, incidence of complications, incision healing situation and appearance of analogue scale results of two groups were compared. Results The operation incision length, incidence of complications, incision healing situation of observation group were significantly better than those of control group, and the appearance of analogue scale results at different times after the operation were better than those of control group too, all P〈0.05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion The clinical effect of low incision operation in patients with thyrophyma is better, and the appearance is relatively higher.
