摘要
隧洞掘进机(TBM)施工具有快速、安全、高效的特点,因此尤其在埋深大、距离长的隧洞中应用越来越多。影响TBM施工质量的因素主要有3个,即:设备状态、地质条件、组织管理。TBM掘进机施工主要分为三道工序,即开挖工序、衬砌工序(管片安装工序)、回填灌浆工序。文中论述了各工序的质量控制及质量缺陷的处理。
Constructing tunnel by TBM has the features such as high-speed,safety and high-efficiency,therefore,it is used more and more in constructing deep-buried and long tunnel.There are three factors that influence the quality of tunnel constructed by TBM,ie,machine condition,geological condition and organization management,and in the construction process there are three work procedure： excavation,lining and backfill grouting procedure.The paper states the quality control in every procedure and how to treat the quality fault.
