摘要
通过计算提升系统的提升钢丝绳与天轮轮缘干涉时的最大内外偏角,指出了目前的天轮结构在天轮衬垫磨损后,将会出现钢丝绳与天轮轮缘干涉现象,并对如何解决这一问题提出了建议。
After calculating the internal and external maximum defection angle at interference of the steel rope with head sheave rim in the winding hoist, the paper indicated that currently the steel rope would interfere with the head sheave rim after the liner of the head sheave wearing out, and proposed the suggestions of solving the problem.
