摘要
从纵向契约协作机制和政府的外部激励两个方面对农户和企业实施追溯体系的激励机制进行了研究,结果表明,两种机制都能实现从源头上控制食品安全的目的。
The incentive mechanism for operating traceability on famers and enterprises was studied from two aspects of vertical contract coordination and government external incentive.The results showed that two mechanisms can control food safety from the origin.
