摘要
本文简介了我国目前公布的部分实验动物法规和条例;报导了雏鸡在感染性实验室内生存的环境、隔离系统和操作程序;分析了本型感染雏鸡实验室的优缺点。本型实验室造价低廉、使用方便,能达到预期的微生物控制标准和隔离效果,可供农业高等院校、研究机关修建同类型实验室时采用。
This paper introduces briefly some regulations and acts concerning laboratory animals published in this country at present; reports the living environment in the infectious laboratory for chick, isolation system and operation programme; analyses the merits and demerits of this type of laboratory for infecting chick. It may be stated that the cost spent on refitting laboratory is low, isolation system is easy to operate; laboratory design reachs the standard of microbiologic control and isolation effect. Results of this project can be used for agricultural institutions of higher education and research institutes to build a similar one.
