摘要
用挤出 /滚圆法以茶碱为模型药物研制快速崩解包衣小丸骨架片。以 Eudragit NE30 D或 RL /RS30 D为包衣材料 ,用底喷式流化床包衣 ,再压制成骨架片。对包衣材料的种类、压片辅料的组成和用量、压片力等因素进行了考察优化 ,得到了符合美国药典释放度要求的包衣小丸骨架片。
The rapidly disintegrating matrix tablets were prepared with Eudragit NE30D or RL/RS30D coated pellets made by extrusion-spheronization in bottom-spray fluidized-bed using theophylline as a model drug. The influencing factors of the kind of coating polymers, the composition and amount of excipients and the tableting force on release of matrix tablets were discussed. Under optimum conditions, the matrix tablets obtained meet the USP standard.\;
