摘要
公共图书馆是文化的一个关键组成部分。该文从文化的视角出发,归纳出公共图书馆具有文化遗产保存及展示中心功能、文化娱乐中心、学习中心和科学情报传递中心等功能。探讨了加强公共图书馆建设的措施,即丰富馆藏资源;加强地方文献资源的整理与挖掘;加强服务意识,提高服务水平;提高信息化水平;加强宣传及提高影响力等。
Public library is an important part of culture. From cultural perspective, this paper concluded that the public library has the function of cultural heritage preservation and exhibition center, cultural entertainment center, learning center and scientific information center. This paper also discussed the measures to strengthen the construction of public librarY, that is, rich collection resourcesl Strengthen local literature resources and mining： strengthen the service consciQusness and improve the service level~ improve informatization level~ strengthen the nronaganda and enhance the influence.
