摘要
该文主要针对科研院所的组织和产品特点,对科研院所质量管理体系的建立及有效运行进行了一些探讨,对科研院所质量管理体系的作用、管理责任制的建立、科研过程控制点的文件化、内审和监督工作的加强以及体系的持续改进等进行了重点阐述。
This paper mainly discusses the construction and effective operation of quality management system of scientific research institutes according to the structure and product features of scientific research institutes. It also emphatically expounds the function of quality management system, establishment of management responsibility system, documentation of control point during scientific research process, enhancement of internal audit and supervision, as well as the continuous improvement of the system of scientific research institutes.
