Objective to the sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute intracerebral hemorrhage were analyzed. Methods 100 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage, were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group 50cases, using traditional Chinese medicine sequential therapy; the control group of 50 patients received drug treatment, the traditional. Compared two groups of patients with neurological deficit score and the absorption of intracranial hematoma, and to e- valuate the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results thepatients in the observation group after treatment, the neuro- logical deficit scores than the control group changed obviously, there was significant difference between the two groups of patients, there was statistically significant, comparable (P〈0.05). The absorption of hematoma in patients in the observation group than the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups of patients, there was statistically significant, comparable (P〈 0.05).After a Course of treatment, observation group of 50 patients, the total effective rate was 96%; the control group of 50 pa- tients, the total efficiency of 68%. The total effective rate of observation groupwas better than that of the control group, there was Significant difference between the two groups of patients, there was statistically significant, comparable (P〈0.05). Conclusion se- quential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage has a good curative effect, have certain clinical application value.
