摘要
在不影响锅炉燃烧系统稳定性的基础上,通过技术改造,在引风机上采用IGBT斩波调速传动取代恒速传动,使引风机的耗电量明显下降,节电率达50%以上。
A technical transformation has been made to induced draft fan by introducing the technology of IGBT chopped wave speed regulation to replace the constant-speed drive on the basis of not affectingthe stability of boiler combustion system. By doing so,the power consumption of induced draft fan is dramatically reduced,and the rate of power saving reaches 50% or more.
