摘要
以五节芒杆芯、玉米杆外皮、玉米杆芯、水稻秸秆5种农用废料秸秆为模板,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了4类多孔纳米二氧化钛材料,XRD表征证明,煅烧温度为500℃时,纳米二氧化钛材料主要为锐钛矿型材料。二氧化钛材料对甲基橙降解实验研究表明:在甲基橙溶液浓度为20mg/L,体积为10mL时以五节芒杆芯为秸秆且秸秆加入量为2g制备得到的多孔锐钛矿二氧化钛材料,用量为0.1g时,甲基橙降解率达到97.64%。
Templated with Wujiemang rod core, corn stalk husk, corn stalk core 5 kinds of agricultural waste straw, four kinds of porous nano titanium dioxide materials are prepared by sol - gel method. The characterization of XRD shows that main material of anatase titanium dioxide is prepared at the tempera- ture of 500 ℃. Degradation experiments of methyl orange used by TiO2 materials shows that the concentra- tion of methyl orange solution is 20 mg/L, the volume of the solution is 10 mL, the dosage of anatase tita- nium dioxide material prepared by 2 g straw is 0.1 g, degradation rate of methyl orange is 97.64%.
