基于组态王的船舶发动机NO_x排放测试系统

摘要 针对船舶发动机NO x排放测试所需独立测试设备多、各测量数据的时间一致性和数据客观性无法保证等问题,基于ZrO2传感器的排气测试单元,设计了一套便携式NO x排放测试系统.该系统由工控机、智能仪表、数据采集板卡和工控组态软件组成,可实现发动机排放测试参数的采集、显示和存储,并根据排放计算模型自动计算出NO x比排放量(g/kW·h).测试结果表明:该系统可以满足船舶发动机NO x排放实船测试要求,有助于降低测试复杂度,实现测试系统便携化. Because of the fact that the test of NOx-emission from marine engine requires many ent test equipments, and the time consistency and objectivity of measurement can't be guaranteed , tem for NO,-emission was designed, which was composed of IPC ( industrial personal computer) , independ- a test sys- intelligent instrument, test unit of exhaust based on sensor Zr02, data acquisition boards and configuration software. The system can collect, display and save parameters of emission from engine, and calculate brake NO,-emis- sion (g/kW ·h) by applying computation model. Testing results showed that the test system can match with the requirements of NOx-emission from marine engine and reduce the complexity of test which can make the test system become portable.
