摘要 虚拟仿真能直观的地演示运动状态和过程,是技术人员与非技术人员进行思想交流的有效途径之一。目前基于图形的弹簧工作过程的仿真效果不是很理想,因此采用虚拟现实技术来实现其仿真成为一个重要的研究方向。以虚拟现实开发软件Open Inventor为平台,以SolidWorks为建模软件,建立三维虚拟场景,通过面向对象的编程方法实现了弹簧工作过程虚拟仿真。重点介绍了虚拟仿真过程中所涉及的多个等圈数不等节距弹簧三维模型的导入、场景图的建立、响应函数的调用、定时传感器的运用等关键技术。 The virtual simulation can visually demonstrate the state and process of motion, which is one of the most efficient communication paths between the technicians and nonprofessional technicians. As the working process simulation of spring based on graph looks not ideal at present, the simulation of it based on virtual reality technology has become an important direction of research. With the vi^tual reality software-Open Inventor-as platform, a-three dimensional virtual scene is created with SolidWorks, and the working process simulation of spring will realize through object oriented programming methods. It mainly introduces some key technologies involved in the virtual simulation, such as the import of some three dimensional models of spring with different coil pitch and same number of circle, the creation of scene graph, the calling of response function, and the use of timing sensor, etc.
