摘要
在预警理论基础上构建我国船舶行业的产能利用状况安全监测预警系统,从五个不同方面选取11个反映船舶行业经济运行的指标,利用原则确定各指标的预警界限,并运用熵值法确定预警系统中每个指标的权重,进而得到造船业产能利用状况综合指数。在此基础上对我国船舶行业2002—2011年的产能利用状况进行具体分析,针对船舶行业的产能利用安全监测预警状况提出相应的有效措施。
Based on early warning theory, the authors build the security monitoring and warning system of capability utiliza-tion in the shipbuilding industry in China. They select 11 economic indicators from 5 different aspects which reflect the run-ning characteristics of the shipbuilding industry, defining the early warning boundaries of each indicator with the 3σ princi-ple, and using the method of entropy value to give the weight of each indicator in the early warning system. At last, the composite indexes of shipbuilding industry capacity utilization are obtained. And then they have a concrete analysis on the capacity utilization status of the shipbuilding industry from the year of 2002 to 2011. According to the analysis, they put forward corresponding effective measures.
