摘要
动态能力的研究已经成为战略管理研究领域的热点之一。本文对国外学者从事动态能力研究的相关文献进行初步梳理,概述了动态能力的研究背景、概念界定和发展机制,总结了国外学者们在动态能力概念上的四个能力观、组织绩效影响上的三个论点和能力结构中的两个决策支持观,指出现有的动态能力研究体系中存在概念上的不统一、能力同质性和异质性的不明确以及作用机制不清楚等需要进一步探明的系列问题,以期能有助于未来的研究发展。
The dynamic capabilities gained increasing attention in the management literature in recent years , especially in strategy management research field. The paper provides a primary review of the diverse research streams on dynamic capabilities in western scholar's research papers, including the dynamic capabilities background, concept definition and development mecha-nism. It outlines four points of view about dynamic capabilities concept , three argument of the influence on organizational perfor-mance and two thesis of decision support in dynamic capabilities construct system. Based on view , the author identifies main limi-tations and challenges in the research on dynamic capabilities, such as the constant proliferation of definitions, unclear homo-geneity and heterogeneity as well as the ambiguous effect mechanism.
