摘要
目的研究3.0 T MR肝脏三维容积超快速多期动态(LAVA)增强MRA对正常胰腺直接供血动脉的显示程度、显示率。材料与方法对35例无胰腺疾病者行LAVA MR动态增强,经过后处理,得到多平面重建图像,观察各胰腺直接供血动脉(胰十二指肠上前、后动脉;胰十二指肠下前、后动脉;胰大动脉;胰横动脉;胰背动脉;胰尾动脉)共8支的显示情况,统计其显示率。结果胰十二指肠上前动脉显示率为94.3%,显示程度平均分值为2.03±0.53;胰十二指肠上后动脉显示率为54.2%,显示程度平均分值为1.21±0.42;胰十二指肠下前动脉显示率为40.0%,显示程度平均分值为1.07±0.27;胰十二指肠下后动脉显示率为51.4%,显示程度平均分值为1.11±0.32;胰背动脉显示率为51.4%,显示程度平均分值为1.79±0.51;胰大动脉显示率为68.6%,显示程度平均分值为1.17±0.38;胰横动脉显示率为48.6%,显示程度平均分值为1.18±0.39;胰尾动脉显示率为40.0%,显示程度平均分值为1.14±0.36。结论 3.0 T MR肝脏三维容积超快速多期动态(LAVA)增强MRA能满意显示正常胰腺直接供血动脉。
Objective: Evaluate liver acquisition with volume acceleration (LAVA) dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance angiography in displaying normal pancreatic direct supplying arteries. Materials and Methods: 35 patients without pancreatic diseases were performed Gd-DTPA LAVA dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance angiography. The raw data of arterial phase was reconstructed to display the pancreatic arteries by multiple planar reconstruction. The visualization of the pancreatic direct supplying arteries was noted. Results: The detection rate of anterior superior pancreaticoduodenal artery: 94.3%. The detection rate of posterior superior pancreaticoduodenal artery: 54.2%. The detection rate of aterior inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery: 40.0%. The detection rate of posterior inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery: 51.4%. The detection rate of dorsal pancreatic artery: 51.4%. The detection rate of artery pancreatic magna: 68.6%. The detection rate of transverse pancreatic artery: 48.6%. The detection rate of caudal pancreatic artery: 40.0%. Conclusion: The pancreatic direct supplying arteries can be displaying with satisfaction by Gd-DTPA LAVA dynamic enhanced MRA.
