摘要
农村小型水利工程建设是农业发展的最基础的条件,是实施农业可持续发展的关键。文章分析了小型农田水利工程的存在的问题,提出了解决的对策。
The rural small farmland water conservancy project construction is the most basic condition of agriculture development, is the key to the implementation of the sustainable development of agriculture. This paper probes into the countermeasures for the problems of small farmland water conservancy projects and solutions to the problem.
