摘要
新机组初次启动和运行一段时间的老机组,经常会发生主油泵抽不上油,主辅油泵切换不成功的问题,通过对用户服务部处理过的故障问题进行统计分析,初步总结出了引起汽轮机主油泵抽不上油,主辅油泵切换不成功的一些原因。也结合不同行业的具体机组的处理方案,提出了一些预防措施,这对新机组的安装,以及同类问题的处理方面都有着重要的参考价值和实际意义。
The old unit startup and operation of new unit first for a period of time, often the main oil pump pumping no oil, main and auxiliary oil pump switching is not successful, statistical analysis was performed by troubles of customer secvice process, summarized by steam turbine main oil pump pumping not oil, main and auxiliary oil pump switch for some reason not successful. Also treatment scheme combining specific unit in different industries, and puts forward some preventive measures, the new unit installation, have important reference value and practical significance as well as the similar problems.
