摘要
贵广客专某隧道钢筋混凝土衬砌个别地段出现保护层不足的质量缺陷,分析了混凝土保护层厚度不足的原因及其对隧道衬砌承载力和隧道结构耐久性的影响,提出了采用高分子树脂化学胶涂层的整治措施,保证了隧道结构耐久性,取得了良好效果。
Defects in quality occur in some sections of the concrete lining of a certain tunnel of the Gui-Guang Passengers-orien- ted Railway,where the depth of the concrete cover is found not to be sufficient enough. The causes of the defect and the effect of it on the loads-bearing capability of the tunnel lining and the durability of the tunnel are analyzed in the paper,with the treating measure of adopting the coating layer of polymer chemical resin glue put forward. After the reinforcing glue is applied, the du- rability of the tunnel structure is ensured and very good results are achieved.
