摘要
反腐倡廉,法制为本。中国共产党历来重视反腐倡廉法律法规建设,抗日战争时期更是如此,从颁布宪法性文件、专门法规、干部法规及相关配套法规等四个方面加强反腐倡廉法制建设,形成了鲜明的特色,并在实践中取得了举世公认的成就,对于在新形势下坚持中国特色反腐倡廉道路,实现"中国梦"仍具有十分重要的借鉴意义。
