摘要
针对弹簧驱动直线发电机施加给档销的压力过大的问题,提出弹簧驱动非磁平衡直线发电机。该发电机将磁芯与电枢的位置错位,此时,磁芯与电枢间会产生一个磁吸力,方向与磁芯所受弹簧力的方向相反,两者相抵,磁芯沿轴向受到的合力减小。仿真和实验表明,该发电机具有施加给档销的压力较小、体积小、输出性能高的优点,多路输出时其优点更加突出。
Aiming at the problem that the pressure exerted on the pin by fuze linear spring generator, a fuze nonequilibrium linear generator activated by spring was proposed. Magnetic core and armature wrer staggered in the generator. Synchronically, magnetic attraction occured between the magnetic core and armature, and the di- rection was against the direction of the magnetic core axial reduce. Simulation and experiment results showed that this generator had an ideal effect, the pressure exerted on the pin was of a small volume, large output per- formance and an obvious advantage of multi way output.
